One rectangle
of pattern paper
coming right up!!!
Charlotte was a fashion superhero.
Also went to a birthday party without me or Nora being there. Very cool. :)
We chalked.
Nora went to the movies with her cousins.
My wee lassies wish you a Happy St. Paddy's Day today!
Prompt 3 for Something for Almost Nothing class was to use ribbon. I pulled out these blue scraps, photos, & ribbons and then laid them on my desk. I've been hoarding October Afternoon & Scenic Route scraps and thought it was time to use them. Craig walks by and says "that looks nice" and so I just glued them down. I guess you can say I didn't over think this one! Hee!
Close up because I can!
No, I've never posted a close up before and decided to throw one up. No awesome techniques were used in the creation of this page, except I did make that little muslin flower.
But not as cool as this sham-rocking shamrock!
Made for me by the little loving hands of the very talented Miss Nora!
Prompt one for Something for Almost Nothing class is to incorporate metal into your layout. I was inspired by that yellow metal rimmed tag to make this layout. It is so cheerful and sunny, I pulled out this photo of my Charlotte & my mom at Jen's wedding last May.
I worked backwards on this one. Usually I pick the photo, then papers, then throw some embellies on. This time I had to find the metals to use so they dictated the page.
It was actually a cool way to design a layout.
